Parallax Candles are designed for more than just luxurious scents and aesthetics (though there's plenty of that, of course!)

They bring easy selfcare, and a celebration of thoughtfulness, into your home.

Handmade in small batches, our wooden wick candles use a natural, vegan wax blend: Soy, Coconut, and a small percentage of food-grade Paraffin.

The wooden wicks elevate both, the feel and the sustainability quotient, because they burn slower, releasing less soot and smoke than regular cotton wicks.
Bonus: A gentle, soothing crackle for ambience!

We also research and rigorously test all our ingredients for safe longterm use (especially since I’m handling and inhaling these scents regularly in the making process!)

They are free from harmful phthalates, mutagens, and other known dangerous chemicals and toxins (list).

We skip unnecessary packing and marketing materials to keep waste to a minimum and ship orders as plastic-free as possible.

Hinoki, a Japanese Cypress, evokes a soothing warmth that is powerful yet gentle, while Yuzu, a beloved citrus from the same region, adds a calming brightness that's more balanced and sweeter in its acidity than traditional lemon-type citrus.

With every order, you can send us back your used candle containers (of any brand!) for recycling at no extra cost.

How the Recycling Program works:

1. Add the Candle Recycling Box in a size of your choice to your cart before checkout.
   
   
2. When you receive your candle order, it will come with an additional shipping box and label.
   
   
3. Put your used candle jars/containers in the box and stick on the prepaid label.
   
   
4. Drop it off with the selected shipping partner (USPS, UPS etc), and you're done!

We'll take it from there, cleaning and prepping the containers to recycle at our local plant, or repurposing them for our community giveaways!
