Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We unfortunately cannot accept returns in most cases, since our business operates on very small margins and a lot of our products are made to order.
However, in case of any production flaws or damages, you will receive a full refund for the product, and if an exchange is initiated, we will also cover the shipping fees.
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any items are missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue right away.
Refunds
In the case of damaged goods, once the refund is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well
