Why Parallax

"Parallax” is originally a scientific term for objects having a different appearance based on the observer's perspective (like flipped images in old cameras).
To us it stands for doing things differently from how they've always been done; that’s why we're pushing for the homemade-luxury niche to become an integral part of every conscious consumer's shopping experience.

Each of our candles (room sprays: coming soon) is handcrafted at home in small batches in New York City, with a lot of love and attention to detail, using only the highest quality materials so that your scents can be as interesting and one-of-a-kind as you :)

All the products are also tested for regular use since I strongly believe you should be able to enjoy your buys without worrying about them (read: you can burn the candles cleanly for over 50 hrs — long as you trim the burnt wick, of course!)
