Usually arrives 3-7 days from when you receive the shipping confirmation email, subject to delivery distance and public holidays.

We cannot take responsibility for any issues that arise due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

UPS

Usually 2-5 days from shipping confirmation.

🚩 UPS Ground Advantage means the final leg of the delivery is handled by your USPS Post Office

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (domestic) or 25 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theparallaxcompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
