RETURNS

• Scent Guarantee

Fragrance IS subjective, but we don't want you to feel locked in with a scent you don't like!

If you're un-pleasantly surprised by anything in your order, we'd be happy to offer returns or exchanges for unused items in their original condition.

• We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

• Please inspect your order soon as you can upon receiving it, and in case of any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

[If you're a photos person, we'd also love a picture of the issue, as it helps refine our processes and prevent the problem from coming up again!]

REFUNDS

• When your return is accepted, you should see the charge reversal on your original payment method in 3-5 working days.

• If approved for a refund, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. 
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
