Returns

We do not accept returns except in the cases of production flaws. This is because our business operates on very small margins and a lot of our products are made to size by order.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue right away.

Refunds

In case of damaged goods, we will contact you with the refund procedure. If approved for a refund, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
